The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made on this website. We kindly ask that you take a moment to read them prior to making a Booking.

General Terms & Conditions

• Pets are not allowed anywhere in the property.
• Smoking is not allowed in rooms or common areas.
• We reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your Room or the Property during your stay or for any items that are missing when you leave.

Check-In/Check-Out Requirements

• Check-In time is from 2pm and Check-Out time is by 11am.
• Late Check-Outs are available on request subject to room availability and occupancy level. Please check with the Front Desk at least 24 hours prior to your departure on availability of late check-out. A half-day room charge may be incurred for late check-out between 12pm to 6pm and a full day room charge may be incurred for late check-out after 6pm.
• Front Desk is open from 7am to 10pm.
• A valid government-issued identification or passport is required at Check-In.

Deposit Policy

• A 50% deposit is required when booking online.
• In the even of no-show the deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation or changes to your booking must be made 48 hours prior to your arrival date.
• Cancellation or changes made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of one night's room charge.

General Provisions

• By proceeding with the booking, you further agree and acknowledge that if the booking is accepted by the Property, your stay subsequently shall be subject to the Property's standard terms and conditions of stay.
• The Property may, at its absolute discretion, cancel the booking if the Property is of the opinion that the booking information provided is falsified or incomplete.
• The Property shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• The Property shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the booking by the Property.
